About the Role:
Collect, manage, and analyze market data across key property sectors including office, retail, industrial, residential, and investment, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and continuous enhancement of proprietary research databases.
Prepare quarterly market reports, market updates, and research publications by analyzing market performance, transaction activity, macroeconomic indicators, and policy developments affecting Vietnam’s real estate market.
Monitor and interpret market trends, government regulations, and economic developments to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and themes impacting various property sectors.
Work closely with Research & Consulting colleagues, business lines, and regional research teams to provide market intelligence, analytical insights, and research support for client engagements, advisory assignments, thought leadership, and business development initiatives.
Independently manage research assignments, presentations, and analytical projects while contributing to the continuous improvement of market coverage, research methodologies, and publication quality.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Statistics, Urban Planning, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in research, market intelligence, data analysis, economic analysis, valuation, consulting support, or similar analytical environments; experience within real estate and property sector is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience managing databases, conducting market research, and translating complex data into meaningful business insights.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to develop professional reports, presentations, and analytical outputs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
