Confronto periodico e raccolta di informazioni anche con altri team per compilazione report

Verifiche su valutazioni di affluenze e performance del centro e rispetto al mercato

Verifiche su affitti, fatturati e tassi di sforzo confrontati con i nostri benchmark

Compilazione report periodici con le nostre valutazioni

Predisposizione studi ed analisi

Preparazione e redazione incarichi per analisi di progetti

Valutazioni mercato di riferimento

Sopralluoghi nelle varie location

Analisi bacini utenza e verifica competitor riferiti ai progetti

Valutazione e realizzazione concept dei progetti e taglio delle unità

Attività di preletting
