Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to TWHK Cluster Sales Director.

  • Leading Sales Team covering all key accounts, e-commerce, direct and wholesalers’ channel to drive end to end sales strategies to reach business goals.

  • Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve the annual sales targets and objectives.

  • Provide direction and supervise sales team on implementation of sales strategies to react on market change.

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential customers.

  • Control and maximize the effectiveness of sales budget.

  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related disciplines.
  • 10+ years FMCG Sales experience, with min 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Passionate, proactive, and sales-driven candidate with can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
