Restaurant Bartender, HILTON GARDEN INN SUFFOLK RIVERFRONT
Location: CRUST & CORK
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at our new location in Suffolk, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all state and local laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service
- Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
