Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Operations, the Supervisor, Operations is accountable for the day-to-day business operations through optimal deployment of resources within and across service points to ensure that local business operations meet customer service delivery and operational efficiency targets while ensuring that local practices are aligned with departmental and corporate policies, standards, processes, and procedures. Responsibilities include providing local customer and community relations representation and acting as primary company representative in communities where a Manager is not present, managing local facilities and equipment, developing area-specific business cases, assisting with budget and business plan development, and managing local expenditures.
