Position Overview 

The CAD/CAFM Senior Analyst independently delivers CAD and CAFM services by executing standardized and moderately complex assignments with accuracy and timeliness. This role supports operational delivery across projects, contributes to monitoring timelines and quality, and applies established professional knowledge to resolve routine issues with minimal supervision. The analyst may provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. CAD / CAFM Production & Delivery 

  • Independently execute CAD and CAFM tasks while ensuring adherence to all operational, account, and client-specific standards. 
  • Apply BOMA, FICM, or other defined space measurement standards when instructed.  
  • Update and format floor plans to reflect as-built conditions, restacks, and construction changes per JLL/client standards, reviewing all outputs to identify and correct any missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data. 
  • Execute QA/QC checks on drawings, polylines, and attached data prior to submission, in accordance with established standards, procedures, and documentation requirements. 
  • Deliver 20,000–40,000 SQFT of client drawings per day under standard project conditions, depending on complexity and scope. 

2. Problem Solving & Decision Making 

  • Process and interpret information within standard operating policies and procedures. 
  • Identify and resolve clearly defined problems independently. 
  • Seek assistance for advanced or non-routine issues when required. 
  • Exercise independent judgment within established guidelines and protocols. 
  • Communicate progress, risks, and issues regularly to leads or managers. 

3. Support & Ticket Management 

  • Triage CAD/CAFM support tickets and manage Level 1 and Level 2 issues. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CAD/CAFM-related problems within defined authority levels. 
  • Escalate issues beyond scope or complexity appropriately. 
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of account-specific processes and procedures. 

5. Team & Business Contribution 

  • Contribute to monitoring timelines, accuracy, and delivery of operational outputs. 
  • Support project deliverables across a variable range of small to moderate-scale client accounts, maintaining accountability for assigned tasks. 
  • Actively contribute to team objectives and operational outcomes, including the continuous improvement of team processes, documentation, and standards. 
  • Provide peer support to other analysts through knowledge sharing and task-level direction. 

6. Learning, Development & Knowledge Application 

  • Apply established knowledge of professional principles, CAD/CAFM tools, and business sub-segment practices. 
  • Develop technical and functional expertise through collaborative observations of operational improvements in system performance, automation tools, or other applications. 
  • Contribute to team development by supporting the onboarding and training of P1 team members and fostering cross-functional skill growth. 

7. Interpersonal & Communication Skills 

  • Build effective working relationships across the team and with stakeholders. 
  • Communicate work progress, issues, and updates clearly and professionally. 
  • Respond to team and business needs with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. 

Qualifications 

  • Relevant experience in CAD/CAFM, workplace data, or facilities-related operations. 
  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, CAD, Facilities Management, or related field, or 3+ years’ experience in a related field. 
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and CAD/CAFM Systems in a Corporate Real Estate Environment. 
  • Meeting schedules may require flexibility to accommodate team members across multiple time zones. 
  • Advanced English level
