Job Description

The Senior HRBP for HN location acts as the on-site HR representative for Hanoi-based associates, partnering closely with the assigned HRBPs to ensure effective HR support, timely resolution of employee matters, and consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as the on-site HR contact for Hanoi-based associates and managers, providing timely HR guidance, support, and follow-up on day-to-day people matters in close collaboration with the responsible HRBPs.
  • Partner with HRBPs to ensure effective exchange of local insights on Hanoi associates, including employee concerns, engagement topics, retention risks, team dynamics, and people-related issues requiring attention.
  • Provide on-site support for employee relations matters, including performance concerns, disciplinary cases, workplace conflicts, grievances, and sensitive employee discussions, ensuring proper documentation, confidentiality, and fair process.
  • Coordinate and support local HR activities for Hanoi associates, including workforce updates, onboarding/offboarding coordination, HR communication, policy clarification, and collaboration with HR COE/operations teams when needed.
  • Drive and support engagement and collaboration initiatives for the Hanoi location, partnering with managers, HRBPs, and stakeholders to strengthen associate experience, morale, communication, and connection.
  • Ensure adherence to HR governance, compliance, and company policies, maintaining accurate documentation and mitigating risks.
  • Participaite in assigned projects and promote continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality frameworks applicable to the role and assigned projects.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Managers.

Mandatory Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven 5-8 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Employment law and compliance.
  • An ability to learn and acquire business acumen
  • Data literacy (relevant metrics) for evidence-based decision making.
  • Stakeholder management & decision influencing.
  • Change and transformation management.
  • Structured, well augmented and impactful communication and storytelling.
  • Digital HR and technology savvy.
