About The team This role ensures that vendors consistently deliver the required capacity and service quality to linehaul operations. By driving vendor fulfillment and compliance, this position protects the network from service risks, SLA breaches, and cost inefficiencies. It also strengthens vendor governance, enabling scalable and accountable growth across the logistics network.
- Design and implement a standardized national vendor governance framework across all regions.
- Define, standardize, and monitor vendor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring consistent performance benchmarking.
- Establish KPI scorecards and reporting systems; deliver data-driven insights and executive-level reports.
- Lead structured vendor performance reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure accountability.
- Conduct vendor audits to ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory standards.
- Identify performance gaps, risks, and non-compliance issues, and drive corrective action plans.
- Design and enforce penalty and reward systems to drive vendor accountability and performance.
- Act as the key liaison between internal teams (Operations, Finance, Procurement) and vendors, including escalation handling.
- Analyze trends, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives to enhance vendor performance and governance processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor management, governance, or operations.
- Proven experience handling multi-vendor / national-level operations.
- Strong knowledge of KPI design, SLA management, and performance analytics.
- Experience in vendor audit, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, BI tools, dashboarding).
- Willing to be placed in North Jakarta.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in logistics, e-commerce, or BPO is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive performance enforcement (penalty & reward systems).
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
