What You'll Do

You'll become the trusted first point of contact for future students.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Speak with prospective students via phone, email and web chat

  • Using your sales and influencing ability to guide students toward the right education pathway

  • Build trust through a consultative sales approach

  • Convert enquiries into successful enrolments

  • Manage your pipeline and follow up on applications

  • Maintain accurate CRM records

  • Achieve KPIs and sales targets

  • Join team huddles and ongoing coaching sessions

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Outbound and inbound conversations with warm leads

  • Supporting students through live chat

  • Follow-up calls and pipeline management

  • Working toward goals and celebrating wins

  • Collaborating with a connected remote team

About You

You're someone who loves helping people and thrives in a target-driven environment.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • A minimum of two years in a phone-based sales role

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, ideally in B2C sales

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with proven experience in hitting KPIs or targets

  • A self-motivated and results-driven mindset

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail

  • Passion for helping people improve their future

Experience in the education industry is a bonus but not essential.

Work Details

Full-time | 38 hours per week

Monday–Friday rotating roster 8 am–7 pm

Work remotely from anywhere in Australia with a reliable internet connection.
