Program Manager - Renewals Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically skilled Program Manager to join our Software Renewals organization. This role is responsible for driving process standardization, leading transformation initiatives, and improving operational execution across global renewals teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management and change leadership skills with hands-on data capability, using tools such as Python, Power BI, and Snowflake to generate insights, track performance, and enable scalable, data-driven decision-making.
