Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Argentine resident to serve as a Local Resident Director in Argentina.
The main responsibilities and conditions of the role are as follows:
- Act as a nominee director for the company in Argentina.
- Grant a Power of Attorney (POA) to the client to ensure full operational control.
- The nominee will not be involved in day-to-day management.
- The service is supported by legal safeguards and a non-interference agreement.
