Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Argentine resident to act as a Nominee Director for a company.
Role Overview:
You will serve as the formal local director on record. A Power of Attorney (POA) will be issued to the client, granting them full operational control. You will not be involved in day-to-day management or business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Legal resident of Argentina.
  • Clean background and good standing.
  • Willing to sign necessary legal documents.
Annual Fee: US$5,400
