• Previous experience in metal finishing, die build, or surface quality processes is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions to ensure process accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven record of reliability, attendance, and good timekeeping.
• Ability to work on own initiative while supporting team objectives.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Additional Information:

• Full-time, permanent position with opportunities for advancement.
• This post may require rotation shifts, evening shifts and weekends shifts.
• Overtime may be required based on production demands.
• Travel maybe required.
