- Previous experience in metal finishing, die build, or surface quality processes is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions to ensure process accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven record of reliability, attendance, and good timekeeping.
- Ability to work on own initiative while supporting team objectives.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

- Full-time, permanent position with opportunities for advancement.
- This post may require rotation shifts, evening shifts and weekends shifts.
- Overtime may be required based on production demands.
