Coordinator - Supportive Services Case Manager

Harbor is seeking a competent professional to coordinate supportive services and CPST/TBS services to transition age youth (18-24 yrs old) in a permanent supportive housing environment who are at risk of homelessness. This position supports youth in developing skills for living independently, managing a household, and setting individualized educational and career goals. Position is full-time, 40 hours per week.
