Laboratory - Laboratory Technician

The Role As a Laboratory Technician you will perform chemical analysis to documented methods and procedures using XRF, Spark-OES, gas fusion, combustion and GDMS techniques. You will also prepare samples for analysis and micro-cleanliness exams and conduct those examinations. You will also calculate in-process melt additions (bath sample additions) as well as carrying out contract review for external contract analysis.   Interested? IOSH Working Safely or equivalent (desirable). Previous experience within a laboratory environment, ideally working with metals or utilising the analytical techniques listed above.
