ERP Systems Manager

  The Role    As an ERP Service Manager, you are responsible for the overall management, support, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, predominately Infor LN (Cloud). This role ensures the ERP platform operates efficiently, aligns with business needs, and delivers high-quality service to end users. You will act as a bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.    You will be responsible for:   Infor LN Service Management    Own end-to-end service delivery for the Infor LN environment including managing incidents, service requests and problem resolutions. Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability across all LN modules. Oversee system monitoring, batch jobs, and interface processing.   Application & Functional Support    Support and optimize key Infor LN modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Projects). Ensure correct configuration and usage of LN parameters, workflows, and business logic.   Infor Ecosystem & Integrations    Manage integration between Infor LN and other systems (e.g., CRM, BI tools, MES, WMS) ensuing data consistency and integrity across platforms.   Release & Change Management    Coordinate Infor LN updates, patches, and upgrades (including cloud releases). Manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure smooth deployment of changes. Maintain change control processes aligned with ITIL best practice.     Continuous Improvement    Drive and identify optimization initiatives within Infor LN to improve efficiency and user experience.   Interested?
