Your role with us:

As a Senior CRM Manager, you will take responsibility for challenging client projects – from the initial vision through to a successful go-live and beyond.

You will act as a strategic sparring partner for our clients, lead project teams with a clear focus, and actively contribute your expertise in pre-sales and pitch situations.

Project Responsibility & Delivery Excellence

  • Overall responsibility for the planning, management and successful implementation of CRM projects

  • Analysis, structuring and prioritisation of complex client requirements

  • Design of scalable CRM architectures

  • Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams (consulting, development, external partners)

  • Responsibility for budget, timeline and quality

  • Ensuring sustainable implementation, user adoption and business impact

Pre-Sales & Client Development

  • Close collaboration with Sales in quotation and tender processes

  • Conducting discovery workshops to assess requirements

  • Developing compelling solution concepts, including cost estimates and roadmaps

  • Presentation in pitches, steering committees and management meetings

  • Conducting workshops and system demos

What you bring to the role:

  • Several years’ experience in leading complex CRM projects

  • In-depth knowledge of at least one leading CRM platform

  • Experience in integration and transformation projects

  • Confidence in using agile project methodologies

  • Experience in pre-sales and pitch situations

  • German B2 and fluent in English
