034346 Shipping Receiving Operator (Open)Job Description:
Job Requirements:
•Check outbound orders for defects and accuracy according to order specs.
•Prepare BOLs, COAs, and other shipping paperwork.
•Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, or containers, by hand, pallet jack, and forklift.
•Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information.
•Ensure safe and accurate loading of box trailers or other delivery vehicles.
•Unload raw materials from inbound trucks or other delivery vehicles.
•Verify accuracy and product specifications of orders received.
•Assists with month end inventory.
•Manage warehouse space, organization, 5S, and cleanliness.
•Any other duties as needed.
•Maintain forklift certification.
Requirements
•GED or equivalent.
•Minimum of (3) years of experience in a manufacturing shipping environment, both loading and unloading trucks.
•Minimum of (3) years of experience working on sit down forklift, for at least 6 hours a day.
•Basic computer knowledge, able to use ERP and Microsoft programs for paperwork generation, load planning, and inventory management.
•Able to lift maximum of 50 lbs.
•Able to follow directions as instructed.
•Time management skills with ability to adjust with changes.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $17.55 - $28.03. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $23.48 to $23.48. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
