034425 Inside Sales Representative (Open)

Job Description:

Greif is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support business growth by managing customer contacts, identifying sales opportunities, and helping move deals forward. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions by phoneemail, and virtual meetings. 

  • Qualify leads and support opportunities through the sales funnel. 

  • Keep the CRM updated with activitiesnext steps, and close dates. 

  • Prepare standard quotes and work with the Pricing team when needed. 

  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right Greif solutions. 

  • Work closely with Field Sales and Customer Service to support account plans and smooth handoffs. 

  • Support activities for dormant accounts and new business opportunities. 

  • Escalate service or quality issues and follow up until resolved. 

  • Follow compliancepricing, and internal governance policies. 

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred. 

  • Experience in salescustomer service, or commercial support is a plus. 

  • Most importantly, we are looking for someone with the right attitudecommunication skills, and willingness to learn. 

Skills and Knowledge 

  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal English. 

  • Good organization and ability to manage multiple tasks. 

  • Confidence in speaking with customers and supporting sales activities. 

  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams. 

  • Basic commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset. 

  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking is a plus.
