About this Position The Head of Market Strategy APAC drives the development and execution of regional market strategy by translating market, competitive, and customer insights into actionable growth initiatives. This role bridges local market needs with regional strategy, shaping innovation pipelines, go-to-market approaches, and sales enablement to deliver measurable business impact across APAC. As a people leader, the role builds and develops a high-performing team aligned with the regional business agenda. What you´ll do Identify and align prioritized markets in APAC and develop strategic market development plans to drive regional growth. Lead the APAC Market Strategy team in monitoring and analyzing regional market trends, competitive dynamics, customer insights, and emerging technologies, leveraging both internal and external sources to inform strategic decision-making. Assess and validate market opportunities based on ability to win, translating insights into the innovation pipeline and actionable go-to-market assets, including industry, target device, and application mapping, to enable regional sales effectiveness. Develop compelling value propositions and customer-focused selling stories for hero applications to accelerate sales engagement and expand market penetration. Develop aggregated regional execution plans, in collaboration with the Global Market Strategy teams, with a focus on both cross-regional and regionally prioritized markets. Establish cross-functional market squads for prioritized markets, lead the alignment and synchronization of regional execution plans, and partner closely with Business Development Manager, Marketing Customer Activation, Application Engineer, Channel, and Sales teams to ensure effective, consistent, and impactful execution. Bridge local market insights with global strategy by incorporating critical customer feedback and turning global initiatives into measurable regional impact. Set clear team objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations aligned with the APAC business agenda. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, monitoring progress, coaching for improvement, and driving accountability.
