Role and Responsibilities
- Addressing our customer's needs, and consulting in our technical solutions.
- Positive interaction with other departments as Service, Hotline and Field Sales, with the aim of providing excellent support and customer experience.
- Maintain and build up a portfolio of existing clients and sales opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Higher technical/Industrial education or equivalent
- Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support or Customer Service
- Fluency in French and English is required – Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Advanced skills in working with ERP/CRM Systems
