Job Description
5 years' experience in project delivery, portfolio delivery, change management or delivery support roles Experience working across Agile, traditional or hybrid delivery environments Demonstrated ability to coordinate initiatives and manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery schedules Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills Experience working with cross-functional teams and external delivery partners Knowledge of project delivery frameworks such as Agile, PMBOK, PRINCE2 or similar methodologies Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), business analysis and technology delivery practices Strong organisational, planning and facilitation skills Commercial awareness, including exposure to budgets, forecasting and delivery reporting Degree qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience, with Agile, MSP or similar certifications highly regarded
