What You’ll Do

  • Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered dental care with a commitment to clinical excellence
  • Build long-term patient relationships through trust, education, and personalized treatment planning
  • Diagnose oral health conditions and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing clinical team while fostering a positive office culture
  • Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff to create exceptional patient experiences
  • Practice efficiently and effectively while maintaining the highest ethical and clinical standards
  • Stay current on advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • Current CPR certification
  • DEA license and Controlled Substance License (if applicable by state)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a patient-first mindset
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day. 
  • Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
  • Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited school 
  • Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining) 
  • Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
  • Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Compensation

Earn over $200,000 per year
