The focus of this role will be to provide general support to local leadership members. Daily Responsibilities Provide administrative support for senior management. Collaborate with other Assistants to support the priorities and needs of the team. Serve as the primary contact person among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. Own, Track, follow up and help drive the completion of key deliverables (e. g. presentation, reporting, tools, and some special projects). Watch over calendars and coordinate (large) team meetings, workshops, and events. Make travel and accommodation arrangements and handle expenses.
