This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations leader to oversee and optimize complex bonus administration processes across a large, multi-entity organization. The role combines team leadership, systems ownership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, efficient, and scalable compensation operations. You will serve as the central point of coordination between finance, HR, payroll, operations, and technology teams while driving automation initiatives and operational excellence. This position offers significant visibility across leadership teams and the opportunity to influence how incentive programs are managed and delivered at scale. Ideal candidates bring a strong background in compensation operations, systems administration, and process transformation.
