
Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment Analyst
Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Replenishment Manager, the Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment Analyst is responsible for supporting accurate national forecasting and effective inventory replenishment through strong collaboration with internal and customer partners. This role provides insight to improve forecasting accuracy, supply chain efficiency, and customer service performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer replenishment teams
Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and customers to identify and address supply chain inefficiencies
Develop accurate forecasts for base business and promotional activity within assigned categories
Gather and analyze internal and customer data to improve monthly forecast accuracy
Track and report program and shipment status to senior leadership
Support growth initiatives including product launches, promotions, and in‑store events
Identify opportunities to increase sales and reduce lost sales through store‑level insights
Execute value‑added planning activities to improve service levels and competitive advantage
Support low‑cost and flexible supply solutions to improve cost‑to‑serve
Troubleshoot supply disruptions and coverage gaps on an ongoing basis
Review forecast accuracy, inventory, service, and performance indicators against targets
Monitor and report performance results through monthly and quarterly scorecards
Apply analytical and communication skills to resolve issues and recommend solutions
Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum three years of experience in customer collaboration, forecasting, or replenishment within consumer goods or retail
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Experience working with enterprise planning, reporting, and data visualization tools
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to customer systems and processes
Results‑driven mindset with strong sense of urgency and accountability
Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills across internal and external teams
Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for joint value creation
Rewards Package:
The standard hiring range for this role is $67-$84K CAD per annum with a 10% performance-based bonus. The final agreement upon salary may vary based on market location and factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
