
SMS Account Manager
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SMS Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth within our SMS marketing and communication services. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage client financial accounts and monitor payments.
- Develop and implement account strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Oversee and optimize SMS campaigns.
- Provide excellent client support and resolve any issues promptly.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and client satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in account management, better in SMS marketing or telecommunications. Strong background in client relationship management and campaign execution.
