Property Maintenance - Student

Role Overview

• Status: Student Position
• Hours: Flexible (Weather-dependent)
• Start Time: 9:00 AM (Most days)
• Schedule: Weekdays with some weekend shifts required

 Key Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping: Raking leaves, sweeping walkways, and clearing debris.
• Beach Care: Cleaning and maintaining waterfront or beach areas.
• Property Cleaning: Washing exterior windows and pressure-washing surfaces.
• Setup & Maintenance: Cleaning, moving, and arranging patio furniture.
• General Labor: Executing various outdoor manual tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

• Student Status: Must be currently enrolled in school.
• Personality: Outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic.
• Drive: Highly motivated self-starter who works well independently.
• Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility: Adaptable schedule to accommodate weather-related hour changes.
