Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) - Full-time - 1st shift

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a compassionate Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) to provide direct patient supervision and support within inpatient behavioral health, mental health, and substance use treatment programs. The BHT plays a critical role in maintaining patient safety, monitoring behavior, assisting with daily programming, and supporting crisis intervention using approved de-escalation techniques. This role collaborates closely with clinical, nursing, and operations teams to foster a structured, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment.
