Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented marketing associate to support our North American Intermediary Channel Marketing team. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that partners closely with sales, product, investments, and compliance to develop and execute marketing programs that drive advisor engagement and strengthen our presence across key intermediary distribution channels — including Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Broker-Dealers, Banks and Trust Companies, and Defined Contribution (DC) platforms.

The Associate will play an integral role within the North American Intermediary Marketing, involved in a variety of strategic and tactical initiatives with meaningful exposure to projects across the asset class spectrum and the full breadth of intermediary distribution. The ideal candidate is professional, articulate, and solutions-oriented — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with creative content and hands-on campaign execution, and who brings genuine interest capital markets and the financial advisor marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior team members to develop, manage and implement marketing campaigns across the asset class spectrum for the appropriate channels.
  • Craft, produce and edit copy for various print and digital collateral including product briefs, brochures, pitch books, white papers, client communications and microsites, among others.
  • Create and manage the execution of channel specific pieces and drive workflow processes to ensure successful on time completion of projects (including compliance review and approval).
  • Partner with sales, product marketing and compliance to ensure timely, compliant, and channel-appropriate content and messaging
  • Coordinate distribution of content through digital and print channels
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including web content, email marketing, and social media programs targeting intermediary audiences
  • Manage the development of print and digital collateral from brief through compliance review and final production
  • Assist in planning and executing advisor conferences and webinars — including pre- and post-event campaigns and follow-through
  • Partner with legal and compliance to ensure all advisor-facing communications meet regulatory standards
  • Maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging integrity across all intermediary touchpoints

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate investment concepts for advisor audiences Analytical and comfortable working with and interpreting numbers and data.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with internal and external partners and partner with sales to capture opportunities.
  • Professional, articulate, and creative with a positive attitude.

Preferred

  • Experience with intermediary distribution channels
  • Working knowledge of key intermediary segments — RIA, broker-dealer, bank/trust, and DC — and the dynamics of each
  • Familiarity with investment vehicles common across these channels: mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, and alternatives

Location: New York City; hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in office.
