Job Description

Pax8 is hiring a Channel Account Manager in Singapore to accelerate partner growth across our AI-powered cloud marketplace with autonomy, pace, and commercial impact.

This is a high-ownership role built for someone who loves building pipeline, winning new business, and turning relationships into recurring growth. You’ll join Pax8 at a moment where automation and AI are transforming how partners buy, sell, and scale, and you’ll grow alongside that technology, using smarter insights to move faster and sell more effectively.

This role will be based in our office in Singapore.

What You'll Be Doing?

  • Building and executing a plan to grow revenue and engagement across your partner portfolio

  • Hunting for new opportunities — identifying, qualifying, and converting partner potential into results

  • Strengthening relationships with partner leadership and sales teams to unlock mutual growth

  • Creating momentum through structured pipeline management, forecasting, and consistent deal progression

  • Using data, insight, and curiosity to spot patterns and unlock new routes to revenue

  • Leading sharp, value-led conversations and turning business challenges into compelling solutions

  • Sharing learnings across the team thereby lifting standards and not gatekeeping wins

  • Supporting partner expansion as we scale beyond Singapore into wider regional growth

What You'll Bring?

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Proven success in high-activity sales or channel environments, with a strong focus on new business outcomes

  • Experience managing B2B channel relationships ideally across managed service providers (MSP), cloud marketplaces, vendors, or adjacent channel ecosystems

  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline, progress deals, and close consistently in a fast-moving market

  • Substantial experience influencing stakeholders and building trust with partner decision makers

  • Confidence navigating ambiguity — you create direction rather than waiting for it

  • Strong commercial judgement — you know what matters, what moves revenue, and what’s noise

  • A partner-first mindset with the courage to challenge, coach, and elevate conversations

  • Curiosity for cloud technology and modern marketplace selling (you don’t need to know everything.. you learn fast)

Background checks

As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8. As part of these checks Pax8 will request ID verification, reference requests and qualification checks (additional checks may be completed for certain countries, such as criminal and financial).
