ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Sales & Client Experience
Offer a warm welcome to clients, making everyone feel part of the Global Golden Community.
Managing a comprehensive range of shoe repair services for footwear, including stitching, cleaning, disinfection, stain/water repellent treatments, and expert restoration treatments to breathe new life into footwear.
Managing a complete range of remake/customization services to allow customers to inject their story in each pair of footwear, making them truly unique.
Collaborate with the team in sales, pre-and-after-sales activities (including the stock activities and customer fidelization) and, in general, in all activities relating to the store.
Ensure that customers are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation and profiling.
Brand & Product
Passionately convey the brand’s vision and heritage to clients, representing its values authentically.
Infuse GG brand identity to co-create GG items consistently and in a respectful way.
Maintain the cobbler area in good condition adhering to our visual merchandising standards.
Operations & Compliance
Assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards
Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth)
Key Requirements:
Fluency in Turkish and English. Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus, reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce
Self-motivation with positive attitude
Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Footwear repair and crafting skills
Ability to monitor, catch and understand the most relevant industry trends and good understanding of local market (online and offline)
Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and our customers
Strong team player
