Job Description

  • Document business requirements for reports and dashboards targeted for migration to Power BI
  • Develop Snowflake queries and data extracts to support Power BI development
  • Define and document unit test scenarios to validate migrated Power BI and paginated reports
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support wireframe design
  • Report Rationalization – Identify reports that can be deprecated, consolidated, or streamlined for efficiency
  • Power BI Environment Optimization – Provide recommendations to enhance performance, scalability, and governance
  • Change Management & Training – Develop a change management plan and deliver training to support long-term adoption and success
  • Pilot Report Migration – Execute a pilot migration of selected reports to Power BI to validate approach and gather feedback
  • Semantic Data Model Recommendation – Propose a scalable and reusable semantic data model to support enterprise reporting needs
