Job Description
Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Bartender to join the team in Edinburgh, a destination for modern luxury and elevated dining experiences. As the bartender, you will work 42 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekends.

Deliver a personalised service to every guest, ensuring their experience feels truly special.
Expertly create, prepare and serve our signature cocktails with confidence and flair.
Develop your knowledge of our bar selection and all featured products, making tailored suggestions to your customers to enhance their experience.
Prepare drinks quickly and efficiently with precision and style.
Work closely with your team, supporting one another, and celebrating excellence wherever you see it.
Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!

Do you have experience as a Bartender within a premium restaurant, luxury hotel, or high-volume cocktail bar?
Are you confident maintaining composure during fast-paced service?
Do you possess strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks and guest experiences?
