We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead one of London's most distinctive hospitality destinations. Working alongside the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping both the guest experience and the performance of the restaurant team.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you'll lead from the floor, creating an environment where exceptional service, teamwork and hospitality come naturally. You'll inspire and develop your team and your product, ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant, and help deliver memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and motivating a high performing team, creating a culture built on pride, accountability and collaboration
Delivering exceptional hospitality standards and ensuring every guest experience is engaging, seamless and memorable
Recruiting, coaching and developing talent, helping individuals grow and reach their full potential
Creating meaningful training and development opportunities to support both current and future business needs
Working closely with the Senior Food & Beverage Manager, kitchen leadership and wider store teams to deliver operational excellence
Supporting the commercial performance and day to day efficiency of the restaurant while never losing sight of the guest experience
Recognising success, encouraging development and helping build a positive, high performing culture
Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, health & safety and company compliance
Managing administrative, reporting and financial procedures accurately and effectively
Taking a proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges and leading calmly in a fast-paced environment
From the first guest arrival to the final farewell, you'll help create an atmosphere defined by genuine hospitality, attention to detail and consistently high standards, while building a team culture where people can perform at their very best.
About You
You're an experienced hospitality leader who understands that exceptional guest experiences are built through exceptional teams, clear standards and consistent leadership.
You lead from the front, setting the tone for service, professionalism and performance. You know how to motivate and develop people, but you're equally comfortable making decisions, driving accountability and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
You bring a natural presence to the floor, balancing warmth and approachability with confidence, resilience and commercial awareness. You understand that great hospitality is about creating memorable experiences for guests while building a culture where people can perform at their best.
You'll bring:
Management experience within a quality restaurant, premium hospitality or luxury dining environment
A proven ability to lead, develop and inspire high-performing teams
Strong operational and commercial awareness
Experience recruiting, coaching and retaining talented people
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High personal standards and exceptional attention to detail
Confidence making decisions and leading under pressure
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
