Actuarial Assistant / Actuarial Analyst / Senior Actuarial Analyst (2-year contract)
Job Description
Responsibilities: Perform financial reporting, modelling and analysis as assigned under HKRBC / IFRS 17 / BSCR / participating fund management / reinsurance, in accordance with relevant guidelines and principles
Support initiatives as assigned to enhance financial management
Propose and implement improvements to financial reporting processes, analyses, reports and regulatory documentation Maintain a clearly documented audit trail of data, assumptions, methods, modelling, process and financial results Develop and adapt actuarial reporting tools from design to implementation Qualifications: University graduate in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related disciplines 3 or more years' experience in life insurance industry Strong problem solving and communication skills Able to work independently as well as a good team player Good command of business English, both in written and spoken form Prior experience in valuation and use of Prophet is an advantage Candidate with less experience will be considered as Actuarial Analyst / Actuarial Assistant About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 95 million customers worldwide
