H2O Innovation is currently seeking a Regional Account Manager to join our sales team in a permanent, full-time position. Our next colleague's will be covering part the American Midwest. Your role will be to drive sales of water & wastewater treatment chemicals, consumables, accessories and services, achieve revenue targets, and develop the company’s existing customer base in both municipal and industrial sectors.

The Day-to-Day
- Promote the company's water and wastewater treatment services, consumables, and parts to drive sales growth
- Diversify and expand the existing client base by attending conferences, conducting lunch-and-learn sessions (technical presentations), and holding client meetings;
- Travel to project sites for pre-tender evaluations based on specific project requirements;
- Collaborate closely with H2O Innovation’s support network, including equipment representatives, engineers, technicians, vendors, and suppliers;
- Achieve annual sales objectives aligned with H2O Innovation’s overall business plan.
The Skills We Are Looking for
- Degree in relevant technical field (ex: Environmental, etc.);
- Knowledge of membrane treatment systems, including: Membrane Bioreactors (MBR),Reverse Osmosis (RO),Ultrafiltration (UF),Microfiltration (MF),Nanofiltration (NF);
- Experience in sales and/or engineering in the water & wastewater treatment sector;
- Relevant sales experience in the U.S. or Canada;
- Willingness to travel approximately 40-60% of the time, depending on home location;
- Strong presentation & communication skills;
- Ability to work autonomously & be a self-starter;
- Strategic thinker with technical problem-solving abilities.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel;
