Overview We’re looking for an Account Director to lead integrated marketing initiatives across one of Canada’s most iconic retail brands. Partnering closely with clients and cross-functional agency teams to deliver impactful, culturally relevant work at scale. This role is ideal for a strategic, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced integrated environment and knows how to balance creative ambition with operational excellence. You’ll oversee complex campaign development across brand, retail, digital, social, OOH and production while building strong client relationships and driving collaboration across strategy, creative, media and production teams. You bring strong business, operational and commercial acumen, with experience managing integrated workflows, scopes, budgets and resourcing across complex businesses. You’re equally comfortable shaping briefs, navigating complexity, mentoring junior team members and championing great creative work from concept through execution. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day client relationships across integrated campaigns and initiatives Partner with strategy and creative teams to develop strong briefs and deliver best-in-class work Drive integrated project leadership across timelines, budgets, resourcing and workflow management Champion collaboration across all agency disciplines to ensure seamless delivery Identify opportunities to elevate work, improve processes and strengthen client partnerships Support operational excellence across project delivery, financial management and team organization Anticipate project risks and proactively develop solutions to keep work moving forward Support and mentor junior team members, fostering collaborative and high-performing team environments Present work confidently and effectively to internal and client stakeholders Qualifications 8+ years of integrated agency experience in client service/account leadership Proven experience leading large-scale integrated campaigns across multiple channels Strong understanding of the Canadian marketing and retail landscape Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and fast-moving businesses Experience leading integrated campaigns across brand, retail, digital, social, OOH and production workflows Strong commercial acumen, organizational skills and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated experience managing budgets, scopes and resource planning Collaborative, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset Calm, confident leadership presence with strong relationship-building skills Retail or QSR experience considered an asset Additional information Salary Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $120,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
