Job Description

SkillBridge Academy is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Trainer to join our Kansas City team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions that enhance customer service standards, improve communication skills, and foster a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver structured customer service training programs for new hires and existing staff

  • Facilitate workshops focused on communication, problem-solving, and service excellence

  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback

  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and skill gaps

  • Maintain training materials and update content to reflect evolving service standards

  • Track progress and prepare reports on training outcomes and effectiveness

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities
