Description
The Deal Desk Representative, Associate will be part of the Infor Global Deal Desk organization and will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by managing the end-to-end deal documentation process. This will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts and order forms, coordinating approvals, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across all transactions.
Working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, the role will help enable smooth deal execution and contribute to operational efficiency.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Execute deal desk functions including, but not limited to managing and triaging deal requests, queues, and shared mailbox, data entry, contract research, creation/validation of price quotes, account registration validation, coordinating signature, and deal processing
- Work with tools such as CPQ and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM, e.g. iCertis) systems to manage transactions
- Collaborate and build proactive, positive relationships with peers, managers, and other operations teams to ensure consistency within processes, determine best practices, and work efficiently
- Strive to meet or exceed published service level agreements
- Provide support to regional analysts across different shifts (APAC, EMEA, US)
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the manager based on business needs and corporate requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in contract drafting, deal processing, or similar operational roles
- Experience using CPQ, CLM, or comparable systems (or transferable tools)
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (e.g., tables, formulas, data handling)
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling contracts and documentation
- Understanding of sales operations or deal lifecycle processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a global environment
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule supporting global regions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of order entry processes
- Experience in the IT or software industry
