Description

This position is focused on supporting Infor’s growth ambition and digital marketing paid media. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Global Paid Media, and is responsible for planning and executing biddable, ABM and direct paid media in assigned markets.


A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

  • Forecast and develop demand models for ongoing full-funnel media planning.
  • Develop paid media briefs, plans and strategies to deliver pipeline value in assigned markets.
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns to ensure delivery against target KPIs and lead conversion.
  • Provide performance analysis and actionable insights to inform optimization plans.
  • Maintain budget phasing, pacing and allocations to ensure campaigns deliver against goals.
  • Support MRM updates and operational system requirements related to billing with finance.
  • Manage agency and platform supplier performance, status and workstreams.
  • Provide hands-on platform setup and execution for assigned channels, campaigns and programs.
  • Oversee creative specification and trafficking of creative assets related to assigned campaigns.
  • Manage stakeholder weekly, monthly and quarterly performance updates.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and collaborate with other marketing teams on digital programs.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to deliver on reporting requirements aligned to business needs.
  • Lead best practices to ensure media performance aligns with industry standards and benchmarks.
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.



Basic Qualifications:

 5+ years of proven B2B paid media experience.

· Proven track record of developing paid media strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

· Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns Manager, DemandBase ABX, DSPs, and video advertising platforms.

· Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and reporting dashboards.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

· First class leader of paid media programs with high attention to detail.

· Deep understanding of digital marketing and paid media channels, platforms and best practices.

· A strong understanding of the B2B digital buyer journey in software and technology.

· Expertise of working across a complex, multi-national company’s global and regional functions.

· Experience with a hands-on, pragmatic approach as needed and a ‘can do’ attitude

· An individual with a proven mix of creativity and science of digital media.
· Data-driven, analytical and results oriented

· Strong collaborative cross-functional skill set

· Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with flexibility, and ability to adapt to changes in strategy and plans 
· Fluent in English
