What you’ll do
- Lead and coach the Berlin Financial Center team
- Create a strong customer experience and build lasting relationships
- Support branch operations, workflow, and compliance
- Help grow the financial center through referrals, partnerships, and community involvement
- Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and professional development
- Serve as a visible leader for both customers and employees
What you’ll bring
- Experience in banking, retail financial services, or a related leadership role
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Team leadership, coaching, and problem-solving ability
- Business development mindset
- Comfort with banking systems, technology, and Microsoft Office
