What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers and create a positive, friendly experience
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately
- Answer questions and help customers find the right solutions in person and over the phone
- Support online banking, debit card, and account service needs
- Balance your cash drawer and maintain a clean work area
- Build relationships with customers and your team
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or people-focused experience
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude and reliability
