Job Description Summary
To maintain and expand relationships with strategically important clients, ensuring the growth and retention of business accounts. The incumbent will serve as the main point of contact for key clients, develop strategic initiatives to meet their business objectives, and ensure delivery of high-quality service. This is a strategic, client-facing role responsible for managing and growing relationships with large employer clients. We are seeking a partner who can engage senior benefits leaders, influence strategy, and drive measurable outcomes across complex organizations.
How will you make an impact & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to employer clients, ensuring long-term success, retention, and growth
- Build relationships with CHROs, CFOs, and senior benefits leaders, maintaining strong executive alignment
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned to client goals, business priorities, and workforce needs
- Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, delivering insights tied to performance, engagement, and ROI
- Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and cross-sell, driving increased value across accounts
- Partner cross-functionally with product, clinical, and service teams to deliver on client objectives
- Proactively manage challenges and escalations, ensuring strong client satisfaction and continuity
What You Bring:
- Experience managing large employer clients (10,000+ employees/lives preferred)
- Proven ability to engage executive-level stakeholders in benefits and workforce strategy conversations
- Background in employer health solutions, benefits consulting, or healthcare ecosystem vendors
- Strong strategic mindset—able to operate beyond day-to-day account management
- Experience driving retention, growth, and client outcomes

Compensation:
$158,804.00to
$238,207.00
