Fire Safety (Petroleum and Explosives) Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and professional Fire Safety Advisor to join our Protection Team within Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service. This role offers a fantastic entry point into the Protection function, providing an opportunity to develop your knowledge, skills and competence in fire safety regulation within a supportive and professional environment. The role plays a key part in protecting life, property and the environment by supporting compliance with fire safety legislation and delivering proportionate, risk-based fire safety regulation. You will work closely with businesses and duty holders, providing clear advice and guidance, undertaking inspections and audits, and supporting enforcement activity where required.
