Performance & Data Team Manager

The Performance & Data Team Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality performance reporting and data insight to support effective decision-making. The role oversees the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, ensuring accurate and meaningful information is provided to managers and senior leaders. By managing the Performance & Data team and working closely with stakeholders, the post holder plays a key role in driving performance improvement, supporting service priorities, and embedding a strong data-driven culture.
