How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Professionals in this group are responsible to manage inbound calls and customer service enquiries. Individuals identify and assess customer’s needs and work with the team to resolve issues. They are also expected to manage the entire issue management process for clients & ensure necessary follow up actions are taken to resolve customer issues. These professionals are required to have a broad understanding of the products/services of the organization to assist in responding to client queries. Incumbents at this level are senior/experienced Para-Professional with basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. They may have little experience but may not have a professional qualification. They follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform basic routine based tasks in defined parameters but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. They work under moderate supervision and communicate information that requires moderate interpretation. About you Qualifications: Typically requires a High School education or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of experience.
