Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Guest Services Representative to join our Concierge Services team. As part of our team, you will respond to guest inquires via phone and email, assist guests in booking reservations. You will speak to onsite events, available experiences, and general inquires. You accurately record customer information, including payment information, and advise customers on available upgrades or specials that may enhance their experience at the winery. You help customers with altering or canceling reservations, as necessary. Our ideal candidate has impeccable phone and email manners, strong communication and customer service skills, and keen attention to detail.
