Managed Customer Marketing (MCM) plays a critical role in driving engagement, retention, and growth across this customer base.

 

The Senior Analyst, Managed Customer Marketing (MCM) Strategy will support the Director in driving the reporting and planning rhythm for the business, ensuring clear visibility into performance, progress against goals, and key initiatives. This role is focused on enabling data-driven decision making through structured reporting, thoughtful analysis, and strong cross-functional coordination.

The Senior Analyst will partner closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Finance to track performance, support annual and ongoing planning processes, and deliver insights that inform business strategy. 

  • Suppport the end-to-end reporting and planning cadence for Managed Customer Marketing, including annual planning and ongoing performance tracking and reporting. 
  • Develop and manage performance tracking across key initiatives, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable reporting for leadership.
  • Synthesize data into clear insights and progress updates, highlighting risks, opportunities, and drivers of performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, streamline workflows, and enhance data quality.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage planning, reporting, and performance tracking processes in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and derive insights.
  • Superior attention to detail to ensure end-to-end flawless execution.
  • Ability to build relationships and partner with numerous cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive contributor, with ability to operate autonomously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
