
Embroidery Machine Operator
Job Description
What you'll do:
Machine Operator, specialized as a seamstress with experience in alterations. Includes sewing machine experience with sleeve shortening, pant hemming, crest application, garment repair and alteration.
- Apply appropriate logo based on embellishment type as requested by the customer.
- Adjust colors and threads as required.
- Quality control: Reviewing documentation to ensure work order matches available logo and is of approved quality.
- Watch for issues with garments or embellishment results and take appropriate action immediately.
- Other duties as required include cross training in embroidery, heat seal, digital, silk screen, and embossing. Flexible hours to support business needs
What you bring:
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to team efforts.
- Willing to learn to learn is a necessity.
- Past experience in embellishment is a benefit
- Capacity to cross-train and cover as needed
- Ability to work full-time day shift (6:30am - 3pm)

The hourly rate starts at $19.40 with annual step progression.
